The HUD or "Heads-up Display" in Mars Base displays some basic information for the player. It is shown in the top-right corner of the game window, and displays the following information from left to right:

• Sol. The current sol.
• Population The current population of Base Inhabitants.
• Energy The current Energy in use by Buildings followed by the amount of Energy produced by Machines.
• Oxygen The current Oxygen in use by Buildings followed by the amount of Oxygen produced by Machines.
• Water The current Water in use by Buildings followed by the amount of Water produced by Machines.
• Funds The current amount of funds the player has in g.

The blue bar displays the current amount of Suit Energy.
